There are two possible scenarios for using promotional codes:
- In the first case, If you have a discount code offering a percentage discount, a discount amount or free shipping, you must apply it when validating the order.

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day, or the next business day.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it has been placed: as soon as it is validated, it is taken care of by our ecological logistician. In case of a problem with your order, you will have to make a return request (at your expense) to the email address hello@green-spa.fr. Nous will explain how to do this.

Once your order has been validated, you can track its progress from your customer area. Please note that you will receive an email when the order is shipped, which will contain the tracking number of your package. You will be able to track it at each stage of the delivery process.
