There are two possible scenarios for using promotional codes:
- In the first case, If you have a discount code offering a percentage discount, a discount amount or free shipping, you must apply it when validating the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it has been placed: as soon as it is validated, it is taken care of by our ecological logistician. Once your order has been validated, you can track its progress from your customer area.
