There are two possible scenarios for using promotional codes:
- In the first case, If you have a discount code offering a percentage discount, a discount amount or free shipping, you must apply it when validating the order.
- In the second case, if the promotional code corresponds to a free product, you will need to add this product to your cart, and the discount will then be applied automatically.

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day, or the next business day.
Delivery times then depend on the carrier you have chosen.
With Colissimo, your orders are delivered in 48 to 72 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it has been placed: as soon as it is validated, it is taken care of by our ecological logistician. In case of a problem with your order, you will have to make a return request (at your expense) to the email address hello@green-spa.fr. Nous will explain how to do this.

Once your order has been validated, you can track its progress from your customer area.
